Peer support and case management
Weekly individual peer support gives residents space to work on recovery goals. In-house case management helps residents navigate appointments, resources, and next steps.
Employment and transportation
The Get Out and Work program connects residents with local job opportunities and $5-each-way transportation to approved employment locations. Employment support begins when you apply. Already working? Tell us about your current job and transportation needs.
Residents also receive help developing budgeting and savings habits that support independent living.
